15 Minutes Meal- Clay Pot Rice, Pork Ribs Soup with Lotus Root

(Last Updated on June 8, 2024 by Amiee)

The home version of claypot rice is relatively simple to make, but it also tastes very good, with delicious rice, sausages and vegetables. Pork rib and lotus root soup is a classic Chinese dish known for its delicate yet rich flavor. The pork ribs, after being simmered for a long time, become tender and juicy, infusing the broth with a subtle meat aroma.

The lotus root absorbs the savory essence of the pork while retaining its own slightly sweet and crisp texture. The overall taste is light and non-greasy, making it suitable for consumption throughout the year.
