Beef and Radish Soup

Chinese people’s eating habits include the tradition of drinking soup. The soup has been simmered for a long time, and the flavors of the ingredients are fully integrated, making it both delicious and nutritious.

Today’s soup recipe is beef and radish soup, which warms the body and mind in winter. Radish and beef are a perfect combination. They can bring out the deliciousness of each other to the extreme. It is also a Muslim recipe. The famous beef noodles include the group of radish and beef.

Adding white pepper powder to the beef soup will give it a little spiciness. In order to make the soup clearer, the beef must be blanched to remove impurities.

Instructions

 1. Cut the beef and into pieces.

2. Blanch the beef with ginger, cooking wine, and peppercorn, fish out, set aside.


3. Peel the radish, cut it into pieces.

4. Add beef, white pepper powder, ginger, and scallion to the soup pot, boil for an hour, then remove the scallion.

5. Add radish to the soup. then boil for another 30 minutes, turn off the heat

6. Add 1 tsp salt, top with chopped coriander.

  • Water, 2000 ml
