- About 500 gram shrimp, cut off the shrimp’s whiskers, remove the shrimp line
- 15 gram scallion, cut into segments
- 10 gram ginger, sliced
- 5 tablespoon light soy sauce
Instructions
- Add 3 cup water, ginger and scallion to a wok, boiled.
- Add shrimp, boiling about 2-3 minutes, cooked through.
- Transfer to ice water, drained, serve with light soy sauce.
