Chinese Crispy Sweet and Sour Tofu

(Last Updated On: August 30, 2021)

The crispy sweet and sour tofu I shared today is my love with it’s crispy crust and taste.

Tofu, rich in plant protein and  cholesterol-free , is the perfect ingredient for people who want to lose weight and care for their health. If you are a vegetarian, it can be a main course you eat often.

Tofu originated in China and has a history of thousands of years. In the recipes of Chinese families, there should not be no tofu in a week because it is easy to cook and delicious.
