Chinese cucumber salad should be the easiest and fastest Chinese side dish. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare, then mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.The crucial step is striking the cucumber to beat it up then cut into pieces.It make cucumber salad tasty and crispy than cut it directly.
The garlic is an essential ingredient because it is the soul in all Chinese vegetable salads, It can make salads more delicious and also play a role in sterilization.
In order to keep the color of vegetables, I usually don’t put soy sauce in salads, just add a little salt.
Ingredients
- One cucumber
- a coriander,chopped
- 3 cloves garlic,chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli oil(if you like)
Steps
- Wash and pat the cucumbers to beat it up, then cut them into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients and cucumber pieces well by chopsticks.
