Chinese deep fried small fish is a recipe I often cook. It taste crispy and delicious.If you like fried food, don’t miss it.
The ingredients for this dish can be any small fish. The main step is to dip fishes into the batter, then deep fry one by one. Usually the ratio of starch to flour should be 1:2.
Ingredients:
- About 10 Small fishes
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- One cup oil for deep fried
Instruction
- Remove fish offal and head, wash and dry the fishes, marinate with shaoxing wine and salt for 10 minutes
- Add starch,black pepper powder, and flour to a bowl, add water slowly, mixed into paste.
- Heat oil over high heat
- Dip every fish into the paste
- Deep fried one by one untill cooked through and brown
- Serve immediately
