How to pan-frying eggs
Some people like sun eggs, so pan-fried only one side of the egg.Usually Chinese like cooked through eggs with both sides pan-fried. For pan-frying eggs, I think that no matter whether it is a non-stick pan or an ordinary pan, you will get beautiful eggs.
About sweet and sour sauce
I like more sourness, so I added 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoon vinegar. If you like sweet，1 tablespoon vinegar is ok.
Chinese Egg Fried with Sweet Sour Sauce
- frying pan or Non-stick pan
- 5 eggs
- For sauce
- 1 teaspoon starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 5 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- Pan-frying every egg until cooked through for both sides.
- Mixed all the ingredients for the sauce well.
- Add sauce to a wok, bring to a boil, add fried egg, let every fried egg be in sauce.
- Serve with rice
