Chinese Food for One Person – Fried Pork in Scoop, Spinach Soup

  • A pot for deep-frying
  • A wok for stir-frying


  • - For rice
  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150 ml
  • - Fried pork in scoop
  • Pork tenderloin, 9 oz , sliced
  • Potato starch, 6 oz
  • Water, 1 cup
  • Carrot, 2 oz, shredded
  • Coriander, one, cut into sections -
  • Vinegar, 4 tbsp
  • Sugar, 4 tbsp
  • Oil, 2 cups(for deep-frying pork)
  • - For marinating the pork
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • - Spinach soup
  • Spinach, 6 OZ
  • Hot water, 1 cup
  • Scallion, 1/3 OZ
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp


  • Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add potato starch to a bowl, add water 1 cup, leave to layer.
  • Slice the pork tenderloin.
  • Marinate the pork slices with salt and cooking wine for 2 minutes.
  • Cut coriander into sections and shredded the carrot.
  • Make sweet and sour sauce with sugar and vinegar.
  • Layered starch water, remove the top water.
  • Coat the pork slices with potato starch.
  • Heat up the oil to 180 degrees, then deep-fry the pork slices for two times, then fish out.
  • Add sweet and sour sauce to a wok, then bring to a boil, add fried pork, mix well, turn off the heat.
  • Add oil and scallion chopped to a soup pot, add hot water, then add spinach, bring to a boil, then add salt, turn off the heat.
  • The meal is ready.
