Chinese Peppers Recipes- Stuffed Green Peppers ,Spinach Soup, Rice | One Person Meal

Today’s recipes are stuffed pointed peppers, spinach soup and rice.

The main dish is stuffed pointed pepper which is a classic dish that combines deliciousness and creativity. It not only conquers the hearts of countless diners with its unique flavor, but also occupies a place in table culture and becomes a leader in home cooking.

The peppers use spicy pointed peppers, and this dish consumes a lot of rice. Pair it with a bowl of nutritious spinach soup for a perfect meal.

INGREDIENTS

For rice

  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150ml

Stuffed pointed peppers

  • Pointed peppers, 220 g(Five)
  •  Pork, 210 g ( fat:lean=1:9)
  • Scallion, 10 g * Ginger, 5 g
  • Potato starch, 1 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder, 1 tsp
  • Cooking wine(Shaoxing wine), 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp

– For the sauce

  • Sugar, 1/2 tsp
  • Potato starch, 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Water, 6 tbsp

Spinach soup

  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Chopped scallion, 7 g
  • Hot water, 1 cup
  • Spinach, 80 g
  • Salt, 1/4 tsp

Pan fry the stuffed pointed peppers

  •  Oil, 4 tbsp

 Instructions

1. Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.

2. Boil a pot of water (for soup).

3. Cut the pork then make into minced pork with a electric meat grinder.

4. Make chopped scallion and ginger with a small food professor.

5. Mix the minced pork with giner, scallion chopped, light soy sauce, potato starch, pepper powder, dark soy sauce, salt, cooking wine.

6. Make a sauce with sugar, potato starch, light soy sauce, salt, and water.

7. Remove the pointed peppers’ tops and seeds.

8. Stuff the pointed peppers with minced pork

9. Add oil the wok, pan-fry the stuffed pointed peppers until brown on both sides.

10. Add the sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, turn off the heat.

11. Add oil to another wok, add chopped scallion, add hot water, bring to a boil, add spinach, bring to a boil again, add salt, turn off the heat.

12.The meal is ready.
