Ingredients
  

  • - Stir-fry noodles with shrimp
  • Noodles, 9 oz
  • Fresh shrimp, 8 oz
  • Onion, 2 oz, shredded
  • Carrot, 2 oz, shredded
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • Sugar, 1/2 tsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • - Spinach soup
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Chopped scallion, 1 tbsp
  • Hot water, 1 cup
  • Spinach, 6 oz
  • Salt, 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot of water.
  • Shredded the onion and carrot.
  • The water is boiling, then boil the shrimp until cooked through.
  • Peel the shrimp
  • Boil the noodles until cooked through, fish out.
  • Add oil to a wok, add shredded onion first, stir-fry for some seconds, then add shrimp, salt, cooking wine, and carrot shredded.
  • Add cooked noodles, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, keep stir-frying.
  • Combine well and turn off the heat.
  • Add oil to another wok, add chopped scallion, add hot water, bring to a boil, add spinach, bring to a boil again, add salt, turn off the heat.
  • The meal is ready.
