Chinese Stuffed Chili Peppers

(Last Updated On: August 30, 2021)

As a northerner, I prefer all stuffed recipes. They are as delicious as dumplings, except that they use vegetables or other ingredients as wrapper instead of flour.  I cooked this Chinese stuffed chili peppers frequently.

Chili is rich in vitamin C, which is the first of all vegetables. Someone can eat fresh chili pepper , but it’s too spicy for me. In this dish, the peppers have no spicy taste through stewing , which are very suitable for serving with rice.
