Chinese Stuffed Tofu

(Last Updated On: August 30, 2021)

Tofu is a great invention of the Chinese. It is rich in plant protein and is a favorite of vegetarians. Stuffed tofu I shared today is a hakka style dish which belongs to Yue cuisine. If you often go to a Cantonese restaurant for dinner, you will find that it is a dish ordered frequently.

Tofu with plant protein and minced pork with animal protein are perfect nutritional combination. Pan-frying firstly, then stewed with sauce, at last served with a bowl of rice, what a satisfying meal!
