Ingredients
  

  • Egg fried rice
  • Overnight rice, 12 oz
  • Carrot, 2 oz
  • Small hot dog sausage, 3 oz
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz
  • Egg, 1* Pea, 1 oz
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • --Spinach soup
  • Spinach, 6 OZ
  • Hot water, 1 cup
  • Scallion, 1/3 OZ
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • * Salt, 1/8 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot of water to make spinach soup
  • Make chopped carrot and small hot dog sausage into a hand mixer.
  • Chop scallion.
  • Add oil to a wok, add egg, stir-fry until cooked through, add carrot, sausauge chopped, stir-fry for a while, add pea, scallion chopped, rice, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt. combine well, transfer to a plate
  • Add oil and scallion chopped to a soup pot, add hot water, then add spinach, bring to a boil, then add salt, turn off the heat
