Chinese Yam Pumpkin Soup

Chinese yam pumpkin soup is a easy and quick dish I often cook.  Chinese Yam can remove the moisture in the body and help digestion. Pumpkin is rich in crude fiber, can also promote digestion. The soup taste sweet and is also suitable for children.

If you have an electric rice cooker, it’s easy to make the soup. Add all the ingredients , press the soup button, and you can drink it in 30 minutes.

One yam, peeled, cut into pieces

One part pumpkin, peeled, cut into pieces

Electric pressure cooker (about 35 minutes)

Instruction

  • Add water to cover the pumpkin and yam.

  • Press the soup button.

  • Wait for 35 minuts, serve.
