Ingredients
- 200 gram chive, chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten thoroughly
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Add chopped chive, salt to egg liquid, mixed well
- Add oil to a flat-bottomed wok, heat oil in a wok over high heat
- Pour mixture into the wok, pan-frying until one side brown, pan-tossing, pan-frying another, until cooked through.
- Transfer to a dish, serve with rice.
