Chive and Egg Pan Fried

Chive and egg pan fried is a quick easy recipe for someone who has no more time for cooking. Chopped chive  and egg pan fried is easier to eat than chive section because the chive sections will jam into the teeth.

Pan fry the chopped chive and egg mixture into a pancake. It is tender with a crispy crust. Serving with rice is perfect.

Ingredients

  • 200 gram chive, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten thoroughly
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Add chopped chive, salt to egg liquid, mixed well
  2. Add oil to a flat-bottomed wok, heat oil in a wok over high heat
  3. Pour mixture into the wok, pan-frying until one side brown, pan-tossing, pan-frying another, until cooked through.
  4. Transfer to a dish, serve with rice.
