On dinner table of Chinese family,salad is a necessary dish for summer days. Cowpea salad is also quick easy health dish.
The ingredients are easy to get. This dish is suitable for people who want to lose weight or lower cholesterol levels.
Ingredients
- 300g cowpea,cut into sections
- 1 small piece of ginger,chopped
- 5 cloves garlic,chopped
- 5 chili peppers,chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Boiled water,then boiled cowpea till served, about 15 minutes.
- Drained and transfter to a plate.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic and salt.
- Heat oil to higher temperature until beginning to smoke.
- Add chooped peppers and stir-fried , after 5 seconds, remove from heat.
- Splash the heated oil and pepper on cowpea.
- Mixed them.

- Boiled water,then boiled cowpea till served

- add chooped peppers and stir-fried for a while
- add chopped ginger , garlic and salt into cowpea
- pour pepper and hot oil on dish
- mixed them then finished
