Ingredients
  

  • - For rice
  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150ml
  • - Pan-fry the fish
  • Hairtail, 12 OZ, fish viscera removed, cut into section, wash and drain
  • Potato Starch, 3 OZ
  • Oil, 5 tbsp
  • - For marinating the fish
  • Scallion, 2 OZ, shredded
  • Ginger, 2/3 OZ, shredded
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Stir-fried baby bok choy
  • Baby bok choy, 200 g, cut into sections
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp -

Instructions
 

  • Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the fish into section.
  • Marinate the fish with salt, ginger and scallion for 3 minutes
  • Coat the fish with potato starch, add oil to the wok, pan-fry the fishes, until brown on both sides.
  • Chop the garlic, add oil to the wok, then add garlic chopped, stir-fry for a while, then add the baby bok choy, stir-fry until they turn green, add salt, about 1 minute, turn off the heat.
  • The meal is ready.
