Easy Tofu Recipes – Tofu with Heated oil | Quick for Cooking One Person Meal

In today’s recipe, the collision of tofu, hot oil, and various seasonings creates a special aroma. It is very delicious and worth a try. There is no meat in today’s recipe, they are vegetarian friendly. Use a pressure cooker to cook rice. For those skilled in cooking, it is no problem to have the meal ready in 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

For rice

* Rice, 80 g, washed

* Water, 150 ml

Tofu with heated oil

* Tofu, 500 g

* Scallion, 14 g

* Garlic, 4 cloves

* Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp

* Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp

* Pepper corn powder, 1 tsp

* Oil, 4 tbsp

Stir-fried baby bok choy

* Baby bok choy, 200 g, cut into sections

* Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped

* Oil, 1 tsp –

Instructions

1. Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the garlic and scallion with a small food processor.

3. Boil a pot of water, cut the tofu into cubes.

4. The water is boiling then blanch the tofu cubes.

5. Transfer the blanched tofu to a big bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, pepper corn powder, chopped garlic and scallions,

6. Heat up oil to 220 degrees.

7. Pour the heated oil over the tofu with seasoings.

8. Mix well with the chopsticks.

9. Chop the garlic with a small food processor, wash and cut the baby bok choy.

10. Add oil the wok, then add garlic, stir-fry for a while, then add the baby bok choy, stir-fry until they turn green, about 1 minute.

11. The meal is ready.
