Fried chop rice cake should be one of famous Beijing snacks.Also named it Glutinous Rice Rolls Stuffed with Red Bean Paste.The ingredients include glutinous,red bean paste, soy flour. The snack is soft and sweet, suitable for all ages.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sticky rice powder
- 1/3 cup yellow bean
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil(oil is also ok)
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Stir-frying yellow bean till served.
- Make them into powder with Wall breaking machine (or other tools).
- Pour sesame oil into sticky rice powder ,mix, then add to water, stir them.
- Steamed for about 15 minutes till served.
- Lay the dough on the soy powder,then roll out thin by rolling pin.
- Smear red bean paste on it evenly. roll it into cylinder.
- Sprinkle with soybean flour, cut into segments.
