Millet and Pumpkin Congee

Today’s millet pumpkin congee is a traditional Chinese porridge that is very beneficial to the stomach and spleen. This congee is not only suitable for the elderly and children, but also very easy to make as long as you have a instant pot or electric pressure cooker.

  • Pumpkin peeled and seed, about 210 gram, cut into pieces
  • 45 gram millet, washed
  • 700 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Add 700 ml water , pumpkin, millet to an electric pressure cooker
  • Press the button for congee, 40 minutes or more later, serve warm
