Noodles with Beef

Chinese northerners prefer pasta, and a bowl of beef noodle soup will be very satisfying. Compared to the slightly more complicated Lanzhou beef noodles, this noodle soup is quick and easy.

The more delicious tendon meat is selected as the main ingredient, and those who like to eat chili can add chili paste or chili oil. Beef stew in a electric pressure cooker, convenient and fast, a bowl of beef noodles can be completed quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1/3 lb. noodles
  • 1 bunch scallion
  • 1/2″ ginger, sliced
  • One sprag parsley, chopped
  • A little Chinese pepper
  • 1-2 cinnamon
  • 2-3  star anise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water then add beef, remove blood and made it clean.
  2. Put beef and other ingredients into electric pressure cooker except noodles and coriander.
  3. Press to stew meat button.
  4. Take out served beef then sliced.
  5. Boil water then boil noodles untill served.
  6. Fish out the noodles then put in beef soup.
  7. Add chopped coriander.

  • pot for boiling noodles
  • electric pressure cooker

  • beef about 500 gram
  • noodles 150 gram
  • 1 bunch scallion

  • 1/2" ginger, sliced

  • one coriander, chopped

  • Chinese pepper

  • Chinese cooking wine

  • one piece of Cinnamon

  • 2-3 star anise

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • boil water then add beef, remove blood and made it clean

  • put beef and other ingredients into electric pressure cooker except noodles and coriander

  • press to stew meat button

  • take out served beef then sliced

  • boil water then boil noodles till served

  • fish out noodles then put in beef soup

  • add chopped coriander
