  • A wok for stir-frying
  • A Electric pressure cooker
  • A pot for boiling


  • - Stir Fry Noodles with Tomato
  • Noodles, 7 oz
  • Hot dog sausage, 4 oz
  • Baby bok choy, 6 oz
  • Tomato, 8 oz
  • ---For stir-frying noodles
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 2 tsp
  • Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
  • Sugar, 1/2 tsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • --Rib soup with carrot
  • Pork rib, 3 oz
  • Carrot, 1.5 oz
  • Water, 300 ml
  • A pinch of salt


  • Boil a pot of water.
  • Cut the carrot
  • Blanch the pork ribs and let them go through the cold water.
  • Add ribs and carrot to a soup cup, add 250 ml water, cover and put it into a electric pressure cooker with water and a steamer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the sausage, baby bok choy and tomato.
  • Boil the noodles until just cooked, let them go through the cold water, fish out.
  • Add oil to a wok, then add sausage, stir-fry for a while, then add light soy sauce, tomato, stir-fry until tomatoes become soft, add baby bok choy, noodles, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, combine well, turn off the heat.
  • The soup is cooker, add a pinch of salt.
  • The meal is ready.
