Quick Chinese Tofu Recipes – Stir Fry Tofu with Egg, Greens, Rice | One Person Meal

Tofu, known as “plant meat”, is rich in high-quality protein, calcium and various trace elements. It is low in fat and healthy, and is an ideal choice for those who pursue a healthy diet.

Stir-fried tofu, minced pork and eggs together, rich in nutrients. Stir-fry tofu with egg, stir-fry baby bok choy, and rice are today’s meal.

Use a pressure cooker to cook rice, and the tofu and vegetable are ready while the rice is cooking. For a skilled cook, it can be completed in 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

For rice

  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150ml

Stir-fry tofu with eggs

  •  Tofu, 80OZ
  •  Egg, 2
  • Lean pork, 30 OZ
  •  Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Ginger 1/4 OZ

For the sauce

  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Sugar, 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Water, 2 tsp – Stir-fry Tofu
  • Oil, 3 tbsp

Stir-fried baby bok choy

  • Baby bok choy, 200 g, cut into sections
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp

Instructions

1. Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes.

3. Beat the eggs into egg liquid

4. Chop the garlic, ginger

5. Make the sauce with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, water.

6. Cut the pork and grind with a meat grinder.

7. Heat oil, add choped ginger and garlic, stir-fry for some seconds, then add chopped pork, stir-fry until cooked, then add tofu, egg liquid, sauce, ,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

8. Chop the garlic with a small food processor, wash and cut the baby bok choy.

9. Add oil the wok, then add garlic, stir-fry for a while, then add the baby bok choy, stir-fry until they turn green, add salt, about 1 minute, turn off the heat.

10. The meal is ready.
