  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150 ml
  • - Spicy Boiled Sliced Pork(水煮肉片)
  • Lean pork, 14 oz
  • Soybean sprouts, 3.5 oz
  • Choy sum, 3.5 oz
  • - For stir-frying ginger, garlic and scallion
  • Ginger, 1/4 oz
  • Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz
  • Oil, 2 tbsp
  • Spicy bean paste, 2 tbsp
  • Water, 1 cup
  • -- For marinating the pork
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder, 1 tsp
  • Cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Egg white, 1
  • Potato starch, 2 tbsp
  • --Heat the oil
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Pepper corn, 30 pieces


  • Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Boil a pot of water, slice the lean pork
  • Mariante the pork with light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, potato starch, and egg white for 3- 5 minutes.
  • The water is boiling, blanch the soybean sprouts and choy sum, transfer to a bowl
  • Boil the marinated pork slices until cooked through, arrange into the bowl with soybean sprouts and choy sum.
  • Chop the ginger, garlic, and scallion with a blender.
  • Add oil to a wok, stir-fry chopped ginger, garlic and scallion, add spicy bean paste for a while, add water, bring to a boil, then pour into the bowl with pork slices.
  • Heat the oil with pepper corn until the oil just starts to smoke, drizzle over the pork slices.
  • The meal is ready.
