  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150 ml
  • - Cook the chicken in a electric pressure cooker
  • chicken breast, 1 lb
  • Potato, one, 8 oz
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz
  • Ginger, 2 slices
  • Cooking wine, 1 tsp
  • Water, 2 cups
  • --Make a sauce
  • Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce, 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder, 1 tsp
  • Water, 3 tbsp
  • --Stir-fry and braise the chicken
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Sugar, 1tbsp
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz
  • Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Fresh red chili, 5
  • Beer, 1 cup
  • - Stir-fried choy sum
  • Choy sum, 6 oz, cut into sections
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
  • Oil, 1 tbsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp


  • Ready-made chicken pieces, wash and drain.
  • Cut the potato
  • Add chicken and potato to a electric pressure cooker, add scallion, giner, cooking wine and water, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Make a sauce with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder and water.
