Chinese Red Bean Rice Porridge
I think I can’t live without porridge or soup every day. For breakfast, porridge is always the protagonist. Porridge with various ingredients can supplement nutrition and strengthen the body.

- Polished round-grained rice which growed in northeast of China is better for porridge. It makes porridge more sticky and nutritious.
You should soak the rice before making porridge, so that the porridge is cooked faster and tastes better.
30 gram polished round-grained rice
20 gram red bean
2 cup water
- Wash rice and red beans, Add them to a pressure cooker, soak for half an hour or more.
- Press the porridge button, serve it after about 35 minutes.
