In Chinese cuisine, scallion oil is a magical existence. It combines the simplest ingredients to create classic cuisine. It is simple and easy to make, fast and nutritious, and it is a seasoning that Chinese kitchen can’t lack.
Today I showed a delicious vegetarian dish-Shredded Radish With Scallion Oil. White radish is called small ginseng in China because it is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps digestion. White radish is paired with scallion oil, delicious and crisp.
The shredded radish should be as thin as possible. The tool I use is a grater with 3 mm aperture.
Ingredients
- 1/3 part of one white radish(about 150 gram),shredded
- 15 gram scallion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Steps
- Heat oil to high temperature.
- Add chopped scallion.
- Add soy sauce and sugar,boiled,turn off fire at once.
- Pour scallion oil into shredded radish.
- Stir them, set the dish in the refrigerator.
- Let it rest for 2 hours.

Shredded Radish With Scallion Oil
Ingredients

- pour scallion oil on shredded radish
- mix them, let the dish in the refrigerator
- let it rest for 2 hours
- serve
