Snow Peas with Sausage Stir Fry

Blanching or not

If the snow peas are tender enough, can be stir-fried directly. I did not omit this step, maybe the peas I bought are not so tender. Serving with rice is the best choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 170 gram snow peas , remove strings
  • 55 gram sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boiling a pot of water, blanching the snow peas for 2 minutes.
  • Add oil to a wok, add oil, heat over medium heat, add sausage sliced, snow peas, garlic, stir-frying until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with rice
