How to choose the snow peas

Blanching or not

Snow peas and sausage stir fry
- Wok for stir-frying
- 170 gram snow peas , remove strings
- 55 gram sausage, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Boiling a pot of water, blanching the snow peas for 2 minutes.
- Add oil to a wok, add oil, heat over medium heat, add sausage sliced, snow peas, garlic, stir-frying until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with rice
