Ingredients
  

  • Noodles, 5 oz
  • Roasted peanuts, 1 oz, cracked
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz, chopped
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
  • Sesame paste , 5 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Sugar, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil, 1 tsp
  • Water, 4 tbsp
  • Lao gan ma spicy chili sauce, 2 tbsp
  • - Rib soup with carrot
  • Carrot, 1.5 oz
  • Pork rib, 3 oz
  • Water, 2 cups
  • Salt, 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot of water.
  • Chop the garlic and scallion.
  • Crack the roasted peanuts.
  • The water is boiling, cut the carrot and blanch the pork ribs, then let the ribs go through cold water.
  • Add the ribs and carrot to a soup cup, fill with water.
  • Arrange the soup cup into an electric pressure cooker with a steam rack, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add sesame paste to a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil, chopped garlic, and water, combine well.
  • Boil the noodles until cooked through.
  • Add the mixed sauce to the noodles, add sauce, cracked peanuts, choped scallion, mix well.
  • Add the lao gan ma spicy chili sauce to the mixed noodles, combine well.
  • The soup is cooked, add salt to it.
  • The meal is ready.
