  • - For rice
  • Rice, 80 g, washed
  • Water, 150ml
  • - Sweet and sour fish
  • One Sea bass, 12 oz
  • --Marinate the fish
  • Cooking wine, 2 tsp-
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger, 1/3 oz, shredded
  • --For the sauce
  • Vinegar, 2 tbsp
  • Sugar, 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup, 5 tbsp
  • Water, 2 tbsp
  • -- Deep-fry the fish
  • Potato starch, 2 oz
  • Oil, 2 cups
  • - Stir-fried baby bok choy
  • Baby bok choy, 200 g, cut into sections
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp


  • Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Shredded ginger, Ready-made fish, scaled and gutted, remove the bone, make crosses on the fish.
  • Marinate the fish with cooking wine, salt, and ginger for 3 minutes.pick out the ginger.
  • Make sweet and sour sauce with ketchup, sugar, vinegar and water.
  • Coat the fish with potato starch.
  • Heat 2 cups oil to 170 degrees,
  • Hold the fish tail with your hands to deep-fry the fish into shape, then add the whole fish and deep-fry the fish head together until cooked through, arrange the fish on a plate.
  • Add sauce to a wok, bring to boil. then drizzle over the fish.
  • Chop the garlic with a small food processor, wash and cut the baby bok choy.
  • Add oil the wok, then add garlic, stir-fry for a while, then add the baby bok choy, stir-fry until they turn green, add salt, about 1 minute.
