Stew Snow Pear with Rock Sugar

Chinese food therapy with a profound cultural foundation is widely used among Chinese people.

Stew snow pear and rock sugar is a syrup that has been widely used and widely eaten. Snow pear is sweet and cold, with the effect of moistening and moisturizing, clearing away heat and removing phlegm.

The two simplest ingredients are rock sugar and snow pear.Stew them by small fire till served.

Ingredients

  • one snow pear
  • 5 pieces of  small rock sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the pear.
  • Remove the pear core and avoid the sour taste of the pear water.
  • Add the right amount of water to the pan. When it is ready to open, put the sugar into it and heat it until the sugar melts.
  • After the sugar is completely melt, put the pear pieces in.
  •  After the fire is boiled, change to a small fire and cook for about 15 minutes.

Another quipment: Electric pressure cooker

we also may use electric pressure cooker for stewing, press the cooking rice button, everything is done.

1)Ingredients : rock sugar and snow pear,2)peeled snow pear,3)cut the top,remove the core,4) add rock sugar to the snow pear, 5)add to pressure cooker , 6) cooked snow pear in a bowl.
