Every meal of Chinese people include stir-fried vegetables.Chinese stir-fry cabbage has been known because of its delicious and nutrition recent years.The focus of this dish is shredding cabbage by hand.
- One cabbage ：wash and shredded by hand
- 4-5 tree chili peppers: chopped
- A few gloves of garlic: chopped
- 2 table spoons edible oil
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 sugar(optional)
- Heat up oil in the pan
- Add to sugar, stir-fry for a while till the sugar melts(optional)
- Add to chopped garlic and chili peppers,stir-fry for ten seconds or more
- Add to cabbage,stir-fry for a while
- Add to soy sauce ,stir-fry till serving
- Add to salt and mixed before turning off the fire.
