Every meal of Chinese people include stir-fried vegetables. Chinese stir-fry cabbage which is a must when I go to a restaurant with my friends for dinner has been known because of its delicious and nutrition recent years. The focus of this dish is shredding cabbage by hand and big fire for cooking.
- One cabbage ：wash and shredded by hand
- 4-5 tree chili peppers: chopped
- A few gloves of garlic: chopped
- 2 table spoons edible oil
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 sugar(optional)
- Heat up oil in the pan
- Add to sugar, stir-fry for a while till the sugar melts(optional)
- Add to chopped garlic and chili peppers,stir-fry for ten seconds or more
- Add to cabbage,stir-fry for a while
- Add to soy sauce ,stir-fry till serving
- Add to salt and mixed before turning off the fire.
