- Wok for stir-frying
- 80 gram perilla leaf, wash and chopped
- 2 eggs ,break up fully
- One screen scallions about 10 gram, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tabelspoon oil
- Add chopped perilla leaves, scallions chopped, salt to the egg liquid, mixed well
- Add 3 tablespoon oil to the wok, heat over high medium heat, add mixed liquid, stir frying until cooked through.
