Stir Fry Red Amaranth
- Wok for stir-frying
- 200 gram red amaranth, wash and drain
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok, heat over medium heat, add minced garlic, stir frying for 3 seconds, then add the red amaranth, salt, keep stir frying until cooked, about half minute.
- Serve warm.
