Stir Fry Winter Melon
- Wok for stir-frying
- Winter melon peeled, cored, seeded, sliced about 400 gram
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- Add 3 tablespoon oil to a wok, heat over high medium heat, add chopped garlic, stir-frying for 5 seconds
- Add winter melon sliced, light soy sauce ,keep stir-frying until cooked through about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with rice
