Many attempts were made after I came to live in the South of China, such as this stir fry wintermelon. Yes, only winter melon and garlic, just like stir fried greens.It is also a vegetarian dish in the true sense. I also think that maybe one day I will be completely vegetarian, but it doesn’t seem to work right now, because women’s bodies seem to need high-quality protein like meat more.

The most important point is that winter melon can remove moisture from the body. In the long summer season, you can eat it more.But winter melon is a cold food, it is best to eat it with a little pepper, garlic, or ginger and other hot ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • Winter melon peeled, cored, seeded, sliced about 400 gram
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add 3 tablespoon oil to a wok, heat over high medium heat, add chopped garlic, stir-frying for 5 seconds
  • Add winter melon sliced, light soy sauce ,keep stir-frying until cooked through about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice
