  • A pot for boiling
  • A wok for stir-frying


  • - Fried Rice Noodles with Egg
  • Dried rice noodles, 3.5 oz
  • Hot water ( for soaking the rice noodles)
  • Scallion, 1/2 oz,cut into sections.
  • Mung bean sprouts, 3.5 oz
  • Oil, 4 tbsp(for stir-frying rice noodles)
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • --Spinach soup
  • Spinach, 6 oz
  • Hot water, 1 cup
  • Scallion, 1/3 oz
  • Oil, 1 tsp
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp -


  • Boil a pot of water.
  • Cut the scallion into sections
  • The water is boiling and soak the dry rice noodles, cover and soak for 10 minutes.
  • Add oil to a soup pot, add chopped scallion, add hot water, bring to a boil, add spinach, bring to a boil again, add salt, turn off the heat.
  • Fish out the soaked rice noodles.
  • Add oil to a wok, stir-fry mung bean sprouts first, then add the egg, stir-fry until cooked, add rice noodles and seasonings, mix well, turn off the heat
  • The meal is ready.
