Ingredients:
– For rice
* Rice, 80 g, washed
* Water, 150ml
– Sweet and Sour Tofu
* Tofu, 230 g
– For the sweet and sour sauce
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Sugar, 2 tbsp
* Vinegar, 2 tbsp
* Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
* Ketchup, 1 tbsp
* Water, 3 tbsp
* Corn starch, 1 tsp
– Fried Tofu
* Oil, 2 cups
– Stir-fried baby bok choy
* Baby bok choy, 200 g, cut into sections
* Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
* Oil, 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
3. Chop the garlic
4. Make the sweet sour sauce
5. Heat up oil to 180 degrees, deep-fry the tofu
6. Boil the sauce, add the fried tofu, mix well
7. Chop the garlic with a small food processor, wash and cut the baby bok choy.
8. Add oil the wok, then add garlic, stir-fry for a while, then add the baby bok choy, stir-fry until they turn green, add salt, about 1 minute.
9. The meal is ready.
