Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry

Tomato and egg stir-fry is a well-konwn simple Chinese dish cooked at home. Spending only 10 minutes, You will get he delicious taste of tomato and egg. I don’t know who invented this dish, but they are a perfect combination with sour tomato and tender eggs.

  5. Serve with rice.
