Tomato and egg stir-fry is a well-konwn simple Chinese dish cooked at home. Spending only 10 minutes, You will get the delicious taste of tomato and egg. I don’t know who invented this dish, but they are a perfect combination of sour tomato and tender eggs.
Serving it with rice, let the juice of the dish penetrate into every grain of rice, a spoonful of rice and dish will give you great satisfaction.
Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 green scallion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Add 1+1/2 tablespoon oil to a wok, heat over medium-high heat.
- Add egg liquid, cook stirring until they are lumpy, remove to a bowl, set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the wok, add sugar and diced tomatoes, stir-frying about 3-5 miuntes.
- Add stir-fried eggs, salt, and green scallion, stirring about half minutes, mixed well, turn off the fire.
- Serve with rice.
