  • About 1 lb. jujube
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • Cut each date with scissor, remove the stones, and wash them.
  • Steaming them for 20 minutes with steamer.
  • Add them to breaker, add some water, beat them into mud.
  • Add the mud to a pot, heat over medium-low heat while stirring, add oil several times,  until the water is evaporated.
