  • Pot for boiling


  • 250 gram flour, plus more to prevent sticking
  • 150 ml water( depends on water absorption of flour)
  • 3 gram salt


  • Add the flour and salt to a big pot, add water slowly when stirring with chopticks
  • Make them into a dough, cover with plastic wrap,let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Make the dough into a thin cake with rolling pin
  • Stack the thin cake like a quilt, sprinkle flour every time you stacking
  • Then cut it into narrow strips with a knife,
  • Open narrow strips.
  • Boil or stir fry, or turn into all kinds of things you want.
